The Challenge Day 1
Well to day is day one of “The Challenge” and so here is what you all have been waiting for……
My Outfit!
My Hair style for the day : A simple upside down pony tail!
Just so you all know I wear skirts and dresses about 99.9% percent of the time, but felt led to encourage other young (and the young at heart) ladies to do this challenge to feel feminine for a week and examine themselves afterwords! I enjoy wearing skirts all the time because I just feel so much more relaxed in them, but every once in a while I do find myself slipping on a pair of jeans when we go on a hike at the park, or a pair of comfy pants around the house once in a blue moon! The other reason is because pants just don’t seem to fit me just right (I am kinda in the middle of certain sizes so it is hard to find pants that fit me!), also because I feel more lady like as well, which I love! It is so sad to see our culture taking its toll on ladies who try to “fit in” with the worlds style instead of God’s style (what it says in His word)! We are to be set apart from the evils of this world (Romans12:2) and sometimes it is hard, but I hope this encourages us all to examine ourselves and if what we are wearing glorifys and honor’s God!

Love the skirt! I love doing that hair style, it’s so simple and yet dressy at the same time! 
I had the same problem with pants…nothing fits right.
That’s why I think it was so easy for me, in a way, to make the decision to change to dresses all the time. 
I hated clothes shopping because of it. Now it’s fun! 
And 99.9% of the time it’s in a fabric store because I make my clothes. I love fabric! ;D Lol!

You look lovely!!! From some of the comments I was reading, it seems like I’m one of just a couple that DON’T usually wear skirts.
Today has been fascinating. I woke up and went…ugh. Skirt day. So I put it on and…hey! It’s not that bad! I’ll be blogging later. I definately don’t look as…somewhat dressy as you do. I’m wearing a sweatshirt. My excuses: I’m cold. It’s cold outside. I don’t really have a lot of shirts to wear.
I have the EXACT same problem when shopping! And with shirts as well! It seems to me that clothes are shrinking.
I’m having difficulties thinking of what to do with my hair each day. Hmm.
Hi! I am so glad you are doing the challenge! I did it a month ago or so,with my sister. It was really fun!
I wear skirts and dresses 100% of the time,so it really was not that different besides having to do my hair differently.
