Not So Sunny CA!
We have been having some strange weather for California the past couple days and it is to get worse tomorrow! it has been very windy and rainy since Sunday, and yesterday we even had a tornado watch!!!! I was a bit excited at first, but I am now in awe of God’s amazing power over EVERYTHING and am now enjoying it immensely! It makes me feel so small, but I know the Lord I serve is BIG and will protect us so I have no worries! I have not taken any photos (too wet for me to pull out my camera) some areas of CA got hit harder than where we are, and I have been praying for them!
I was reminded yesterday of God’s covenant with us in Genesis 9 : 11-17 in seeing a faint rainbow leaving my grandparent’s home the other day, it was so neat!

Were in a little town outside of San Diego and we have had high winds power outages and sideways rain ……..we’ve been tucked inside all week waiting for the sun to come back out ! Hopefully by the weekend we will see it again ~Stay dry and warm ~Blessings Heather

Heather~ So you are trying to stay dry as well!
We have not been so fortunate to stay inside our home yesterday as we where stuck at our grandparents for a while with a non working vehicle and had to call AAA! Oh dear, so we waited out the storm with our grandparents, but one of my brothers was left home by himself during it all!
I just LOVE rain, and the smell too!
We are all now staying inside our home and looks like we will not be going anywhere for a while! Mmmmm… more time to finnish sewing projects, or read a good book!
